- What are your room rates and taxes?
- Room rates during 2008 range from $99 to $239 per night, depending on the specific room and dates you select.
Our Rooms & Rates page provides more detailed information about each room.Rates are based on Double Occupancy (or Quad Occupancy when reserving the Braeburn Cottage with 2 Bedrooms).
There will be a charge of $20 per night for each additional guest, in rooms that can accommodate them.
Please call for availability of rollaway beds.Or for children under 2 years old, a "pack & play" crib is available for $10 per night.
Please call for crib availability.If a king bed arrangement is desired in the 2nd bedroom of the Braeburn Cottage, a 2-night minimum stay is required, and an additional charge of $10 per night will apply.
Taxes are 7.1%, and will be added to all rates shown above.
While we accept 1-night reservations most of the year, holidays and peak weekends may require a 2-night minimum stay.

Back to Top - Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express, as well as travelers cheques, personal checks, and cash.
Back to Top - What is your cancellation policy?
- When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other
requests for the room you select, and guarantee to hold it for the
nights you reserve. In turn, you agree to pay the quoted rate for the
number of nights you reserve.
We understand that changes can occur to your travel plans. However, because we are a small inn, late cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, the following policies apply to all confirmed reservations:
- Cancellations within 5 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's stay or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater.
- Cancellations within 2 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This includes "No-shows" and premature check-outs.
- Note: Cancellations of group reservations (3 or more rooms) may have additional requirements, which will be explained at time of booking.
- What are your check-in and check-out times?
- Check-In is 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Check-Out is 11:00 AM.
Other times must be pre-arranged & may be subject to an additional charge.

- Yes. We are a family-friendly inn that welcomes children of all ages. For the enjoyment of all of our guests, parents should supervise their children at all times.

- Sorry, but we cannot accommodate guests' pets.
You are welcome to play with our lovable and friendly cats, Jessie & Leo. (For the comfort of our guests who may be allergic, our cats are always kept out of all guest rooms.)
Back to Top - What is your smoking policy?
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the main house, Braeburn Cottage, balconies, or pool area.
Outdoor smoking is permitted in the patio and picnic areas (cigarettes only, please).
If you choose to ignore this policy, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee, and the remainder of your reservation will cancelled.
Back to Top - Do you have a swimming pool?
- Yes. We are one of the few B&B's in Lancaster County to offer a
swimming pool
to our guests. Our outdoor pool, deck, and cabana are typically available from late May through
early September, weather permitting.
Back to Top - Do you have guest refrigerators?
- A guest refrigerator is located in the living room of the
main house, and is stocked with complimentary soft drinks for our
guests to enjoy. It is also available for guest storage, space
permitting. The Braeburn Cottage has its own private
refrigerator, which is also stocked with complimentary soft drinks.

- Yes. We have plenty of free, off-street, lighted parking.
Back to Top - Can you accommodate special diets?
- We can accommodate most special dietary needs, such as
diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, low carb, or low fat. Just let us know
your requirements when you make your reservation, so we have time to prepare.
Back to Top - Do you offer Gift Certificates?
- Yes. Personalized Gift Certificates are available all year.
They make wonderful gifts for friends, family, clergy, or business
associates. They're perfect for holidays, birthdays, weddings,
anniversaries, second honeymoons, business gifts, employee rewards, or
just to say "Thanks". They can be purchased for specific dollar
amounts, or for a specific number of room nights. Then the
recipients choose the dates that work best for them, and make

Back to Top - Can you arrange an Amish dinner for us, or make other dinner reservations?
- Yes. We can arrange a wonderful dinner for you in the home of an Amish family,
and can also make dinner reservations for you at any of the fine
restaurants in the area. Please see our Restaurants page or call to discuss details.

- Yes. We have a wide assortment of local brochures, magazines, books, and other
information about area attractions, restaurants, shopping, and all of
the other activities that make Pennsylvania Dutch Country famous! You may
