About

Welcome to Lancaster County, PA, and the Apple Bin Inn Bed & Breakfast.

Here in Pennsylvania Dutch Country, our Amish neighbors provide us with daily reminders to slow down and focus on the simpler things in life.  At the Apple Bin Inn, our delightful rooms, scrumptious country breakfasts, and renowned hospitality all combine to create the ideal Lancaster Bed and Breakfast experience for romantic couples, families with children, and business travelers alike.   As you turn into our driveway, you’ll be welcomed by an acre of park-like tranquility. You’ll follow the brick pathway past the greenhouse to our country dining room, with the circa 1865 wide-plank flooring.  Pause for a moment and imagine gathering for a delicious breakfast  served each morning. Our cozy living room features a library with a variety of books, games, puzzles, adult stress-reducing coloring books, and mind teasers.  Unwind on comfy sofas, chairs, and rockers for reading, knitting, or just talking with new-found friends. Once you’ve settled into one of our charming guest rooms (including suites and a private cottage retreat), you’ll be able to decompress from your journey and enjoy your peaceful surroundings. You can also stay connected to the “outside world” with free Wireless Internet access.

Your days will soon be filled with the many sights and attractions of Lancaster County, including quaint covered bridges, picturesque rolling farmlands, Amish buggy rides, museums, historical sites, live theaters & concerts, hiking trails & adventures, yoga & meditation, fishing, golf, hot air balloon rides, wonderful restaurants, an amazing array of Amish quilt shops, as well as outlets, antique shoppes, wineries, and local breweries. You’ll find that our B&B is located just minutes from most attractions, including “Sight & Sound” Theatre, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland, American Music Theatre, Fulton Theatre, the Susquehanna & Conestoga Rivers, Muddy Creek Recreation Area & Susquehanna State Park, Refreshing Mountain and the outlets at Tanger and Rockvale Square.  It won’t take you long to discover why Amish Country is one of America’s most popular travel destinations!
